Hurley Mark P. Hurley
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Fiduciary Network
Mark P. Hurley co-founded Fiduciary Network in 2006 and serves as its CEO. He was chairman and CEO of Undiscovered Managers, LLC, a mutual fund company he founded in 1998 and sold to J.P. Morgan/Chase in 2004. He was a managing director at Merrill Lynch and Co., a vice president at Goldman Sachs & Co. and served as a presidential appointee at a bureau of the United States Treasury Department from 1990 to 1992. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and received an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business

Nicholas Alonso is a portfolio manager within the multi asset group. He is responsible for quantitative model research, development and enhancements for PanAgora’s multi asset strategies. Alonso joined PanAgora from Mellon Capital Management (formerly Franklin Portfolio) where he was a quantitative analyst primarily responsible for research and management of market neutral equity portfolios. He is a CFA charterholder.

 

Bradley Isaac Braley
President, Director of BTS and Portfolio Analyst
Isaac Braley joined BTS Asset Management in 1999 and has served as a significant contributor to portfolio analysis, the creation of the popular Alpha Strategic Asset Allocation Portfolios, and Multi-Strategy Portfolios at BTS. Braley is head of distribution for the organization. He actively attends industry investment and research conferences speaking on topics regarding portfolio design and behavioral finance.

 

Brody Browe Brody J. Browe
Executive Director, Portfolio Specialist, Franklin Square Capital Partners
Brody J. Browe served as a managing director at Stark Investments, a global alternative investment firm. He spent nine years as an executive director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Browe is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He has a B.A. in economics from Miami University.

Michael J. Cuggino is the President and Portfolio Manager of Permanent Portfolio Family of Funds, Inc., an investment company consisting of four distinct mutual funds. He was a director of the Fund since 1998, Chairman of the Board and President since 2003, Secretary since 2006 and Treasurer from 1993 through 2007. Mr. Cuggino is a Certified Public Accountant and received his undergraduate degrees in accountancy and management from Bentley University. Jeremy DeGroot Jeremy DeGroot, CFA

Jeremy DeGroot is responsible for overseeing Litman Gregory’s manager of due diligence, asset class research, and portfolio construction. He is co-portfolio manager of the Litman Gregory Masters Funds, and is the portfolio manager of the Litman Gregory Masters Alternative Strategies Fund, a multi-manager, multi-strategy fund. Tony Fischer oversees business development for UMB Fund Services. Fischer has held management positions in sales, client service, distribution, accounting and transfer agent operations with such firms as Brandywine Asset Management, SEI Investments, BISYS Fund Services and Delaware Investments. He understands the issues money managers face and approaches clients from an owner’s perspective.

 

Carl Garnier Carl Gardiner, CFA
Vice President / Portfolio Manager, Schafer Cullen Capital Management
Carl Gardiner is a vice president and portfolio manager on the Small Cap Value Equity strategy for Schafer Cullen Capital Management. Gardiner was an investment analyst and portfolio manager at Copper Arch Capital and North Sound Capital and a director at Merrill Lynch as an investment banker in New York and London. Gardiner received an M.A. in international economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. with high honors from the University of Virginia where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

David Gong is a senior portfolio manager at The Stanley-Laman Group. Gong has over 25 years of experience in global asset management including nine years spent in Hong Kong and Singapore. He received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, a J.D. from the University of California, Davis where he earned Order of the Coif honors, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Alex Graham is a leading member of the portfolio management team for the Merger Arbitrage strategy and is portfolio manager for the Touchstone Merger Arbitrage Fund and the Touchstone Arbitrage Fund. Graham held positions at Boston Safe Deposit & Trust and Pioneer Group and earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He is a CAIA charterholder and member of the CAIA Association.

Bernard R. Horn Jr. is president and portfolio manager of Polaris Capital Management, LLC, a leading Boston-based global value equity firm. He founded Polaris in April 1995. He is frequently profiled in national publications and serves as a TV commentator and guest conference lecturer. Horn worked for MDT Advisers, Inc., Freedom Capital Management and Horn & Company. Horn is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds a master’s degree in management from M.I.T.

Elisabeth Kashner, CFA, is ETF.com's senior vice president of analytics. She designs the quantitative and qualitative tools that run the company's ETF.com Analytics product, and supervises our team of analysts. Kashner received a master’s of financial analysis and is a CFA charter holder. She gained experience with ETF analysis as a quantitative analyst building portfolios for high-net-worth clients. 
 

George Kellner George Kellner

George Kellner has been in the hedge fund business for over 30 years and founded Kellner DiLeo & Co., LP, the predecessor entity to Kellner Capital, in 1981. He was a senior vice president and founded the arbitrage department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Kellner was a vice president and house counsel of the Madison Fund where he had broad responsibilities as a financial analyst and portfolio manager.

 

Rick Ledbury, CFA
Vice President, Research & Data Services, Money Management Institute
Rick Ledbury manages MMI’s data research services and sales data initiative with Albridge Analytics, a BNY Mellon Company. He oversees the production of its proprietary data collection and distribution efforts as well as targeted research on developing industry trends which are of interest to membership. Ledbury has held leadership roles at BlackRock, Fidelity Investments, and State Street Research.

Catherine LeGraw is a member of GMO’s Asset Allocation team. Prior to joining GMO in 2013, she worked as a director at BlackRock. Previously, LeGraw was an analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Osterweis served as director of research for two firms and managed equity portfolios for over ten years. He launched Osterweis Capital Management in April 1983

Eric H. Schoenstein joined the firm in 2002 and heads the fundamental research conducted across the investment team. He spent nearly fourteen years with Arthur Andersen LLP as a senior audit manager. He earned a B.S. in business administration, with a focus in accounting, from Oregon State University. He is currently serving as a trustee for the Oregon State University Foundation and is a past president of the Oregon State University Alumni Association.

Touchstone was the senior investment strategist with Stone & Youngberg and served as a vice president and portfolio manager at First Bank. Touchstone began his career in the financial industry at Schroeder Capital Management, LLC as a securities analyst and director of operations.

James Wilhelm, Jr. is vice president for Fort Washington and senior portfolio manager for the Touchstone Focused Fund. Wilhelm joined the firm in 2002. He served as a research analyst for Riggs Investment Management, First Union Securities, Evergreen Funds and as a financial consultant for Salomon Smith Barney. He earned a B.S. in business administration from Wingate University and an MBA in finance from Johns Hopkins University.
