Pershing LLC has launched a program through which its fixed-income specialists will help investment professionals and independent RIAs analyze their clients' fixed-income holdings and take action when necessary.
Through Fixed Income Portfolio Solutions, Pershing's team of fixed-income specialists utilize scalable, automated tools to provide customers with client-specific fixed-income support, customized model-based portfolio ideas, trade opportunity mining, graphical proposals and timely analysis. The service is available to introducing broker-dealer firms through Pershing LLC and to RIAs through Pershing's affiliate, Pershing Advisor Solutions LLC.
Fixed Income Portfolio Solutions also provides:
Alerts to advisors when changes occur in a client's fixed-income portfolio due to corporate action, bond-rating changes or bonds maturing, and gives alternatives for replacing bonds.
Reports on itemized holdings and cash flow, shock analysis, new cash proposals and repositioning proposals.
Tax-swap analysis that considers the alternative minimum tax, out-of-state municipal bonds and pre-refunded municipal bonds.
The ability to rebalance customized portfolios using proprietary models.

Platform Planned
Restricted Stock Partners has obtained funding through Pequot Ventures to help launch a proprietary electronic trading platform for the Restricted Securities Trading Network (RSTN), a marketplace for restricted and other illiquid securities. The network is now in the testing stage and is scheduled to be unveiled later this year.

Partnership Provides Retirement Income Plans
The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and Hueler Companies are partnering to make Hueler's Income Solutions Platform available to fee-only financial advisors who are NAPFA members.
