Dow Jones Indexes is licensing Dow Jones Brazil Titans 20 ADR Index to Samsung Investments, a Korean investment management company, to serve as an underlying index for an exchange-traded fund in Korea.

Vestment Advisors Launches Business Podcasts
Vestment Advisors, a coaching and consulting firm for the financial services industry based in Minneapolis, Minn., is offering free podcasts to help increase business for financial firms.

PowerShares To Launch Ireland-Based ETF
NASDAQ OMX Group Inc. has introduced the NASDAQ OMX Ireland Index, a modified market-capitalization weighted index comprised of the largest and most liquid Irish companies listed on an index-eligible global exchange.

State Street Global Offers International ETFs
State Street Global Advisors is creating 10 new international sector SPDR exchange-traded funds, which will bring its total offering of ETFs to 80.
The new funds will provide a suite of tools to allow access to investment opportunities outside the United States, will be market-cap weighted and will use the Global Industry Classification Standard. The new ETFs were developed to provide targeted exposure to sectors not included in U.S.-listed securities.
