Wilmington, N.C.–based Alliance of Cambridge Advisors has changed its name to the Alliance of Comprehensive Planners (ACP). The name change has been accompanied with a rebranding of the firm’s logo, Web site and promotional material.

The ACP is a non-profit association of fee-only financial planners whose members use a comprehensive planning approach, managing their clients’ whole financial picture, from estate planning to taxes.  The organization provides members with tools and resources to develop and operate their business. The name change is intended to help broaden the reach of ACP to other financial professionals looking to add financial planning to their current practices, such as CPAs, says the organization.
