Aperio Group has added Rick Moreno to its business development and client experience team. Most recently, Moreno served as a director at KKR, where he focused on building the firm's family office business for the western U.S.
Previously, he was a managing director at BlackRock, where he helped establish the family office, foundation and endowment group. Moreno also served as director of the client research and strategy group at Goldman Sachs and as a member of the firm’s steering committee that established the Goldman Sachs Trust Company.
Based in Sausalito, Calif., the Aperio Group is an investment management firm that designs and manages custom portfolios tailored to a client's specific tax situation, values or desired economic exposure.
