LPL Releases New Financial Information And Software Network

LPL Financial Services has released BranchNet 2001, a network of financial information and software to help representatives provide service and advice to clients.

BranchNet 2001 allows brokers to navigate the Web, create and manage accounts, complete online forms, execute trades and generate reports. In particular, various features allow representatives to search and view client account data, balances, transactions, positions, investment objectives, fees and other information.

Portfolio management is another key feature. Rebalancing client advisory and brokerage accounts is automated with BranchNet 2001‚s portfolio rebalancing tool. Message alerts keep representatives updated on current events, breaking news, system events and other information.

BranchNet 2001 provides more efficient online trading services to representatives as well, by creating electronic trade tickets, trade blotter and branch trade reports. It also includes compliance-approved electronic storage of client and commission statements.

The technology includes Web-based training with interactive help features to assist with the software at no cost to representatives. A CD-ROM contains the software and a user‚s guide. Dial-in audio classes are available anytime.

With dual headquarters in Boston and San Diego, LPL provides services and support to more than 3,900 investment professionals located in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. For additional information about LPL Financial Services, visit www.joinlpl.com or call (800) 877-7210, ext. 6700.
