Emerging Information Systems Inc., the licenser of both
NaviPlan and Profiles+ financial planning software, has announced a
series of management changes in the wake of its purchase of Financial
Profiles Inc.
The sale, announced last month, brought together the
industry's two leading financial planning software developers and gave
EISI a leading position with 120,000 licensed users.
Among the appointments announced by EISI, Keith
Washington, formerly a vice president at Financial Profiles, was named
general manager of Carlsbad, Calif.-based operations. He is responsible for
"directing the product vision as well as business and operational
requirements for the Profiles+ product line," according to the company.
Ken Harper joined EISI from Morgan Stanley as a
senior vice president and will oversee client relationships across both
the NaviPlan and Profiles+ product lines.
Kelly Brown was appointed senior vice president of
strategic business development and Dale Lacombe was named senior vice
president of sales operations.
