Ascent Private Capital Management of U.S. Bank has appointed Sisi Tran director of wealth strategy, Stephen Florance managing director of investment consulting, and Tom Crotty managing director of financial administration. They are all in the San Francisco office.
As a wealth strategist, Tran is responsible for advising families on a variety of wealth planning matters, including trust and estate planning, tax planning, multigenerational planning, family governance and risk management. She previously worked with Convergent Wealth Advisors in Los Angeles as director of trust and estate planning.
Florance is responsible for working with clients to help create customized investment portfolios. He previously was a managing director with Hall Capital Partners LLC, where he held multiple roles with responsibility for managing portfolios and conducting research.
Crotty is responsible for risk management, customized reporting, information management coordination, financial administration and tax reporting coordination. Previously, Crotty was president of Montgomery Professionals, a San Francisco Bay area accounting and staffing firm.
