Atlantic Trust, the U.S. private wealth management division of CIBC, announced two team additions and two appointments in its Texas and California offices.
 
John W. Winslow, CFA, recently joined the firm as senior relationship manager and managing director, overseeing the Dallas and Austin regions in Texas.
 
J. Bradford Craig has joined the firm’s San Francisco office as senior relationship manager and senior vice president.
 
Mark E. Frazier, CFA, senior relationship manager, will support Winslow in Texas, and has been appointed head of the Austin office and promoted to managing director.
 
In the firm’s Houston office, F. Allen Lyons, vice president, is transitioning from his current role as wealth strategist to serve as a business development professional in the region.
 
With more than 24 years of industry experience, Winslow will provide regional leadership in the Dallas and Austin markets and develop holistic wealth management solutions that suit clients’ individual needs. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust in April, he was a senior director for BNY Mellon, where he led BNY’s portfolio management team in the Texas region. 
 
Craig, who joined Atlantic Trust in May, has more than 37 years of industry experience. In his new role, he consults with clients and their advisors to develop and implement customized investment allocation strategies. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, he was a senior investment strategist for nine years at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he also consulted with high net worth individuals and foundations.
