Baceline Investments has purchased a 41,000-square-foot retail center in Fort Worth, Texas, for $4.2 million. The property, North Town Center, is currently 95 percent leased with a tenant mix consisting of local and national retail stores, including professional services, fitness providers and restaurants. This purchase expands the company's No Debt Fund III portfolio to seven properties. The Debt Free Income Fund initiative was launched in 2003 and currently includes a diversified portfolio of primarily retail properties located throughout the Midwest, Rocky Mountains and Texas.
