Baird has added seven financial advisors who specialize in retirement planning for professionals in the oil and gas industry, to its Houston office, the company announced Tuesday.

The advisors, who were most recently with Wells Fargo Advisors, bring $1.9 billion in client assets to Baird.

The advisors and their new titles are The Ashcroft Pesek Group of Richard W. Ashcroft, managing director, and Darrell J. Pesek, director; and The Evans-Allain-Crumley Group of Greg T. Evans, senior vice president; Stephen Moe Allain, vice president; Jerred R. Crumley, vice president; John T. Barnefield, vice president, and William W. Barrow, vice president.

In addition, Baird has established Baird Retirement Management, a new affinity program for Baird financial advisors who focus on retirement planning and investment consulting for business professionals. The program will provide research, ongoing education and other resources for Baird advisors.
