Baker Tilly Investment Advisors of Madison, Wis., has changed its name to Bronfman E.L. Rothschild, the firm announced.

The former investment advisory unit of the accounting firm Baker Tilly Virchow Krause was purchased by Matthew Bronfman, chairman and CEO of BHB Holdings, and E.L. Rothschild, a family owned, private investment holding company, in May 2013, becoming a stand-alone investment advisor.

Baker Tilly Investment Advisor Principals Bruce Laning, Kelly Baumbach, and Brian Powers will maintain their roles under the new brand, according to a company press release. Laning serves as president, Baumbach is managing director and Powers is chief operating officer.

“Clients can expect the same firm, quality service team, and support they have come to know,” said Laning. “We will continue to be a trusted source of perspective and insight for our clients.”
