Four new members have been appointed to the board of directors of the Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investment, the national nonprofit membership association for professionals, firms, institutions and organizations engaged in sustainable and responsible investing, the forum announced Tuesday.

Peter Coffin, founder and president of Breckinridge Capital Advisors; Alyssa Greenspan, chief operating officer of Community Capital Management; Hilary Irby, executive director in the Global Sustainable Finance group and head of the investing and impact initiative at Morgan Stanley, and Mark Regier, director of stewardship investing at Praxis Mutual Funds, are the new board members.

The members of the forum promote investment practices that consider environmental, social and corporate governance criteria to generate long-term competitive financial returns and positive social impact.
