Borro has appointed Nigel Morris as chairman. Morris, a co-founder of Capital One Financial Corporation, joins borro to support its growth in both the U.S. and U.K. markets, and to lead the business through its next phase of development as an online lending marketplace for luxury personal assets, according to the firm.
Morris is currently the managing partner of QED Investors, a direct investment management fund based in Alexandria, Va. He also works in an advisory capacity with General Atlantic Partners and Oliver Wyman.
