Buckingham, a provider of wealth management and financial advisor services headquartered in St. Louis, and its sister company, BAM Advisor Services, an asset manager, have made several recent changes, Buckingham announced Wednesday.

Former chief marketing officer David Levin has assumed the role of president of Buckingham, and Jeff Remming, who was chief operating officer of BAM Advisor Services, is now president of BAM. Adam Birenbaum will be CEO of both companies and Al Sears is chief operating officer for both.

Manisha Thakor has joined BAM Advisor Services as director of wealth strategies for women. She is the author of two books on personal finance and a nationally recognized speaker. She previously had her own RIA firm, MoneyZen Wealth Management.

Buckingham is looking to continue the acquisition activity it started last year into 2015. Together, the two companies manage or administer $24.7 billion in assets.
