The LIMRA LOMA Secure Retirement Institute Board of Directors elected Kent Callahan chairman and Aimee DeCamillo as vice chair.

“With expectations and realities of retirement changing, there is a need for an informed discussion about the needs and issues that influence retirement,” Callahan said. “I am honored to serve as the chair of the LIMRA LOMA Secure Retirement Institute."

Callahan currently serves as president and CEO of the Transamerica Investments & Retirement Division and was previously vice chair of the institute. He succeeds the first chairman, David Levinson.

DeCamillo is vice president and head of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. and has previously served as the Institute’s Financial Literacy Committee chair.

According to the board’s governance rules, each officer will serve a one-year term, offering direction to the retirement research and educational programs for the institute.

Founded in 2013, the institute conducts studies on savings by individuals and products and services offered by financial firms.
