Rick Shoff has accepted the invitation to join the DC Plan Investment Council. Formed in May 2009, the DC Plan Investment Council is composed of 75 retirement industry professionals who advocate for successful qualified plan and participant outcomes.
Shoff is managing director at CAPTRUST, an independently-owned retirement advisory firm headquartered in Raleigh, N.C. Previously Shoff was ceo of Plan Advisory Services, an advisory firm he launched and eventually sold to CAPTRUST in 2006.
