CBIZ Employee Services has hired Howard Frampton as benefits consultant for the company's Phoenix location. A 21-year veteran in the employee benefits industry, Frampton will center his responsibilities on the education and sale of employee benefit products. Frampton comes to CBIZ from Arizona Benefit Plans Inc., where he worked in sales and marketing.
