Their basic point is that people can work and invest productively all their life, but a big chunk of their inheritance can go down the drain in an expensive court fight if they don't do the proper planning with their attorney and financial advisor. "People think if they don't have a fortune it's not worth the effort, but regular people make the same mistakes that celebrities make," Andrew says. "Family fights often erupt, whether it's $100,000 or $10 million."
