Eric W. Kuchel of Brea, Calif.; Thomas E. Stamborski of North Barrington, Ill.; Sharon J. Fall of Chester, Md., and Jodi Lynn Hall of Brentwood, Mo.
Letters of admonition for various infractions were issued to John H. Kroeger of Phoenix, Ariz., and Franklin D. Butler Jr. of Mechanicsville, Va.
