Christian Brothers Investment Services has made four leadership appointments.

Paul Ainslie has been promoted to vice president for strategic initiatives and product development; he also joins the management team. With CBIS since 1999, Ainslie first served as an investment advisor and regional director within the firm's participant services department, and later as the firm's alternative investment specialist.

Gale Dickinson has been promoted to director of distribution services. Dickinson joined CBIS in 1995 as a participant service representative and was promoted to assistant director of operations in 1999.

Robert Stelben has been promoted to senior director, head of institutional development and marketing. Stelben joined CBIS in 2001 as director of marketing and communications. In addition, he is a member of CBIS' product development committee.

Diane Miller has been promoted to compliance officer. Miller obtained certification as an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional after joining CBIS in 2005. Prior to that, she worked in compliance at Komico, LLC.
