Citi Private Bank has hired Phillip Edwards as director and ultra-high-net worth private banker. Adam Gillam has joined the firm as vice president and ultra-high-net-worth private banker. Both will be located in the firm’s Palm Beach, Fla., office.

Previously, Edwards worked for JP Morgan Private Bank and GenSpring Family Offices. He also held senior roles in portfolio management, sales, trading and risk management at other leading financial firms.

Gillam joins Citi from Wells Fargo, where he most recently served as a vice president and senior private banker. Gillam also worked in institutional fixed-income trading and equity sales at Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan Private Bank.
