Richard Stasand has joined City National Bank’s Private Client Services as a senior vice president and senior private client advisor in Irvine, Calif. Previously, Stasand was a managing director for Citi Private Bank. He joined Citi after 20 years with Bank of America Private Bank/U.S. Trust, where he served as a managing director.
