Omaha, Neb., based CLS Investments has made the following management changes: Todd Clarke has been promoted from president to chief executive officer. Ryan Beach will take his place as president and John Russel "Rusty" Vanneman was named chief investment officer. Beach most recently served as associate general counsel of NorthStar Financial Services Group, the parent company of CLS. Vanneman, with more than 20 years' experience in the financial services industry, will lead the firm's portfolio management and investment research teams and also sit on the CLS Investment Committee.

CLS Investments manages individual, qualified plan, and variable annuity portfolios of mutual funds, exchange traded funds, and individual stocks and bonds. CLS serves over 40,000 individual investors and has more than $6.5 billion in assets under management.
