TIAA, a financial services provider for the not-for-profit market, has announced a new chief income strategist, Diane Garnick. 

 

Garnick served as a global investment strategist at State Street Global Advisors and Invesco, before joining TIAA. She was also a member of Merrill Lynch’s top-ranked Institutional Investor Equity Derivatives research team.
