Melanie Hardin has been hired as chief strategy officer at EQIS Capital Management Inc., a turnkey asset management platform based in San Rafael, Calif., EQIS announced Monday.
Hardin will be responsible for developing growth strategies and increasing EQIS's visibility in the financial services community, EQIS says.
Hardin is an advisory board member for FTV Capital, a private equity firm specializing in financial technology. She has more than 25 years of business management experience in the financial services sector and was most recently executive vice president of investment platform solutions and strategic growth for LPL Financial.
Prior to joining LPL Financial in 2010, she worked for ADP as division vice president for strategy and business development with a focus on new revenue, products and opportunities.
