Staley currently serves as chief investment officer at Case Western Reserve University, where she oversees the investment management of the University's $1.4 billion endowment. In 2009, the Foundation & Endowment Money Management's Nonprofit Awards for Excellence recognized Staley's leadership for strategies designed to limit financial adversity within a recessionary climate and for maintaining the large endowment's commitments to the University. She also currently serves as a trustee and investment committee member for the College of Wooster. Staley began her career at Salomon Brothers and Merrill Lynch, and then transitioned to the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. She later consulted at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
