San Diego-based First Allied Securities, a member of Cetera Financial Group’s broker-dealer network, today announced a new partnership with Tambaro Financial Services.

Tambaro Financial Services is a newly created company built to serve as a supervisory and practice management support business for independent financial advisors. Based in Red Bank, N.J., it was founded by Art Tambaro, and his partner and son, Louis Tambaro, an attorney.

Art Tambaro most recently served as chief executive officer of Royal Alliance, a New York-based network of independent broker-dealers.

Under the terms of the partnership, Tambaro Financial Services and the independent advisory practices and teams recruited to this new firm will utilize the commission- and fee-based services of First Allied Securities.

Tambaro Financial Services’ capabilities include providing advisor marketing, strategic coaching, and back- and middle-office services to independent financial advisors.

“Tambaro Financial Services intends to build a new business model specifically engineered to drive sustainable growth for sophisticated business owners with established and sizable financial advisory practices,” Art Tambaro said.

The partnership with First Allied is a coup for the new company. “This is a perfect fit,” says Kevin Keefe, First Allied’s president and CEO. “Art’s industry leadership and proven ability to support successful practices will be an important component to our partnership with his firm.”
