First Quadrant, an investment management firm specializing in alternative approaches to global investing, has added two business development professionals, Jayant Kumar and Earl Kleckner, to its marketing and client relations team. They have joined the firm as directors.
Kumar most recently worked at HSBC Global Asset Management, where he was responsible for business development in the endowment, foundation and non-profit marketplace.
Kleckner joined First Quadrant from Harvest Volatility Advisors, where he led business development and marketing.
