Firstrust Financial Resources LLC has become part of AXA Advisors LLC, Firstrust announced Tuesday.
The Philadelphia financial services provider focuses on wealth management and corporate benefits for individuals, businesses and nonprofit entities. Along with Karr Barth Associates Inc., the two firms make up the AXA Philadelphia presence.
The principals of Firstrust are David Fleisher, Andrew H. McIlhenny and Paul Markowich. In addition to remaining as president and CEO of Firstrust, Fleisher has been named vice chairman and co-branch manager of Karr Barth Associates.
