Fort Pitt Capital Group Inc., a fee-only wealth management firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, Penn., has joined Focus Financial LLC, a network of independent wealth management firms, Focus announced Monday.
Fort Pitt is the third Pennsylvania-based firm to join Focus, following the addition of JFS Wealth Advisors, headquartered in Hermitage, and Quadrant Private Wealth in Bethlehem. Fort Pitt also has an office in Bonita Springs, Fla.
Fort Pitt was founded by seven partners in 1995, and three of its founding principals--Michael Blehar, Theodore M. Bovard and Charles A. Smith--still run the day-to-day business operations, managing 28 full time employees.
