A newly created firm, Resolute Investment Advisors LLC based in Colorado Springs, Colo., has joined HighTower, a national advisor-owned financial services company serving high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, HighTower announced Monday.
It is the seventh team to join HighTower this year.
Resolute, which manages $500 million in client assets, includes Todd Baker, managing partner at Baker Wealth Management; Bradley S. Harvey, managing partner at Harvey Investment Management; Jack T. York, founding advisor, senior vice president, at York Asset Management; and James R. Young III, founding advisor, senior vice president, at Young Capital Management.
Baker, Harvey and York were previously with UBS and Young was with Merrill Lynch. Members of the Resolute Investment Advisors team will each operate their own financial advisory practice under their individual names, collectively under the Resolute name.
This is the seventh new team to join HighTower this year. Most recently, HighTower added WealthTrust, a $6.4 billion firm based in Houston, and launched a new firm in New York, HighTower Buffalo, bringing HIghTower’s assets to about $46 billion.
