The Financial Services Institute today launched a new mobile app, which provides members real-time access to advocacy tools and industry updates.

The new app is the next generation of the FSI Advocacy App, which was released in 2012. The mobile app allows member’s access to the Advocacy Action Center directly from their smartphone or tablet. It provides industry updates powered by the FSI Newsbrief; information about upcoming FSI events and conferences; as well as access to the FSI Blog.

“As we continue to grow our membership and with the trend toward increased regulation, it is more important than ever that our members are able to respond in real time to pending legislation and regulations impacting our industry and their clients,” said Dale Brown, president and CEO of FSI. “The new FSI App allows independent financial advisors and firm executives to connect with and educate their elected officials and regulators, stay up to date on industry news, access conference agendas and information and receive push text messages from FSI all within a single app.”
