The Financial Services Institute has elected Derek Bruton and Seth Miller to its board.
Bruton is managing director and national sales manager for LPL Financial. With several years experience in the financial services industry, Bruton has held positions with TD Ameritrade, Merrill Lynch and Charles Schwab.
Miller is president of Transamerica Financial Advisors Inc., and has held several other leadership roles at the company.
The Financial Services Institute is an advocacy organization for more than 100 independent financial services firms and approximately 35,000 financial advisor members.
