Geneos Wealth Management, a Denver-based broker-dealer, announced today that Ryan Diachok has been named president of the firm. He previously served as the firm’s senior vice president of recruiting and business development.

Ryan takes over for his uncle, Russell Diachok, who served as the firm’s president and CEO.  Russell will retain the CEO title and stay involved in all key strategic decisions while handing over the day-to-day operations to his nephew, according to the firm.

“As we enter our 12th year in business and having reached several major milestones, I feel now is the perfect time for this transition,” said Russell Diachok. “Ryan has been with Geneos since our inception and has been an integral part of our success. In his most recent capacity as senior vice president, he has focused his efforts on recruiting quality advisors to join our firm, acting as the main liaison to all of our industry partners and being the main point of contact for all of our advisors in the field.”

Geneos Wealth Management has seen strong growth in recent years. According to the firm, its network of 285 independent advisors represents over $11 billion in client assets under management.
