Genworth Financial Wealth Management has hired David Pologe as strategic accounts director, for their Pleasant Hill, Calif. office. Pologe will focus on expanding relationships with independent broker/dealers and increasing outreach to additional firms. Previously with UBS as executive director, global asset management, Pologe developed expertise in mutual funds, annuities, retirement plans and insurance.
