Grant Thornton LLP has announced that P. Graham Dyer, a manager in the firm's Financial Services practice, has accepted a two-year fellowship with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the federal agency that supervises all national banks and federal savings associations, at its Dallas-based Southern District office.

Dyer's responsibilities at the OCC will include assisting regulators with policy development for national banks, monitoring accounting standard projects, as well as assisting examiners with accounting and regulatory policy questions. He will also assist the OCC with its focus on troubled financial institutions.
