Archer Wealth Management has been acquired by HighTower and will become its first office in St. Louis, Mo., HighTower announced Wednesday.

Barbara Archer, founder of Archer Wealth, will join HighTower as managing director and partner and will lead the expansion of the newly branded HighTower St. Louis. Archer Wealth has $400 million in assets under management.
