Washington, D.C.-based Insured Retirement Institute has hired Frank O’Connor as vice president of research and outreach. He will be responsible for leading the association’s market and education programs. O’Connor joins the firm from Morningstar where he most recently served as product manager, asset manager of annuity solutions.
The Insured Retirement Institute is a not-for-profit organization that provides a forum for communication and education to its members. IRI members are insurers, asset managers, broker-dealers/distributors, and 150,000 financial professionals.
