Philadelphia-based Janney Montgomery Scott has added seven members, including two managing directors and four directors, to its fixed-income team.

Mark Anderson joins from Oppenheimer as managing director in Janney’s San Francisco office.

Wayne Seaton, who was head of sustainable public infrstructure at Wells Fargo Securities, joins Janney as managing director, public finance, in the New York office.

The new directors include Cricket Barlow, institutional CD sales in Philadelphia; Jeffrey Bertoni, fixed income sales in Boston; John Otis, mortgage trading in New York; and Terrell Wilson, generalist in Atlanta.

The additions are rounded out by fixed-income trader Anthony Pizirusso, who will be located in the firm’s New York office.
