Raleigh, N.C.-based Junxure has launched Junxure Quick Start, an implementation and training program, company officials said.
One of two industry-focused training offerings included with the purchase of Junxure, Junxure Quick Start combines technical expertise and industry best practices to guide new firms from installation through company-wide adoption, Junxure said in a press release.
"We take pride in understanding a financial advisor's specific needs for technology," said Greg Freidman, co-founder and president of Junxure.
"Choosing the right software is only the first step toward increasing productivity and profits," Friedman said. "Junxure Quick Start helps our clients use Junxure to its maximum potential."
New Junxure users are instructed by consultants and trainers over a nine to 10 week course on how to use the program's features as well as how to use workflows, classifiers and other factors that can streamline processes and procedures and elevate client service.
The Junxure staff includes former advisors and financial professionals with experience in using Junxure in a real-world setting, according to the company.
In addition to Junxure Quick Start, new users of Junxure also have the option to select Junxure Basics Training, a 60-day program that teaches the core features of Junxure through 10 live Web training sessions. All live sessions are recorded and available to users for 30 days.
