Maybe, one day, they'll come around, but it won't be because you've been on their backs.
There are a few exceptions to my recommendation to say N.E.X.T. If you're like me and get absurdly compensated for helping the wealthy "think things through" and are not responsible for the consequences of their decisions, then helping them address their evolving issues and problems is a very good reason to not say N.E.X.T. Otherwise, learn to move on-quickly.
