Lebenthal Asset Management, the asset management division of Lebenthal Holdings LLC based in New York City, has acquired Atlanta-based Aurora Investment Counsel, an SEC-registered investment advisor, Lebenthal announced Monday.
Aurora Investment Counsel, which oversees more than $250 million in client assets, is a core equity manager that offers asset management for foundations, endowments, corporations, public funds, Taft-Hartley plans and individuals. Aurora offers separately managed account. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
