Lebenthal Wealth Advisors has agreed to lease nearly 43,000 square feet of space at Manhattan's Helmsley Building. The firm will occupy the building's 31st and 32nd floors, located at 230 Park Avenue in New York.
“Leasing new and much larger space was a decision motivated by the need to accommodate our growth and cement our presence at an iconic and conveniently located New York City landmark," said Frank Campanale, chairman and chief executive officer of Lebenthal Wealth Advisors.
The firm is currently located on Fifth Avenue in New York and will relocate in the next couple of weeks.
