Leslie C. Voth, who has served as president of Pitcairn Company, has been appointed CEO of the multifamily office, succeeding Dirk Jungé, who will continue as chairman.

Voth, 55, a 19-year veteran of Pitcairn, based in Jenkintown, Pa., was instrumental in implementing the firm's open architecture strategy and has spearheaded several operational changes that have contributed to the success of the firm, according to Pitcairn.

Jungé was the driving force behind the transformation of Pitcairn from a single-family office into a national multifamily office 25 years ago, according to Pitcairn.

"Governance and succession planning have been a hallmark of my ongoing advice to the high-net-worth families that we serve. By tapping my close business partner, Leslie Voth, Pitcairn provides for an orderly transition and maximum continuity of our own business going forward," Jungé said.

Voth added, "As CEO, I look forward to a new era of strategic growth, both domestic and global, spurred by the rapidly evolving changes in culture, technology and communications."

Voth was appointed to her previous position as president and COO in 2008, after having been a member of Pitcairn's senior management team since 1996. She played a key role in Pitcairn's growth, including advancement of the firm's open architecture investment platform, and development of a total-wealth management strategy that is now utilized by the firm's clients, according to Pitcairn.
