Joseph J. Levin has been hired as partner and chief investment strategist by BlueStar Indexes, a New York City-based provider of Israel-focused indexes, BlueStar announced Thursday.
He will spearhead BlueStar’s growth with institutional and philanthropic investors. Previously, Levin was chief development officer for the San Francisco-based Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, and before that was vice president of Bernstein Global Wealth Management.
