Lincoln Financial Distributors, the wholesale distribution subsidiary of Lincoln Financial Group, has appointed Bill Nash as national sales manager for the MoneyGuard sales team. Nash will be responsible for ensuring the MoneyGuard distribution strategy and tactical execution is consistent with LFG's short- and long-term strategic objectives. Prior to joining Lincoln, Nash served in various sales leadership capacities at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, most recently as divisional sales manager of the Client Solutions Group. He also served as district annuity specialist and player coach, where he spearheaded the implementation of a strategy to provide income solutions. Nash began his career as an insurance agent for John Hancock, moving to Dreyfus Service Corp. as a financial consultant. He then worked in the field as a wholesaler, regional vice president for both Evergreen Investment Services and ING Investment Products.
