Philadelphia-based Lombard International is expanding into Asia with new offices in Hong Kong and Singapore and a new CEO for the region.

Tammy Lu Tsui, formerly deputy chairman for greater China for the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group, will oversee the new offices as CEO.

In September 2015, Lombard International was formed from the merger of Luxembourg-based Lombard International Assurance with the U.S.-based Philadelphia Financial. The new firm administers $75 billion in assets globally.
