Englewood, N.J.-based MarketCounsel has named Edward Slezak as managing director and general counsel.
Slezak previously served as a senior vice president at 1800flowers.com, leading corporate governance, business development and strategy.
At MarketCounsel, Slezak will lead the compliance consulting firm’s day-to-day operations.
