Russ Bucklew, Ken Garrett, Maureen Rzeppa and Dave Westra have been named partners of Phoenix-based investment advisor Miller/Russell & Associates.
Bucklew joined Miller/Russell in March 2005 after spending more than 20 years in investment services, wealth management and banking. As partner, Bucklew will continue to provide investment and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
Garrett joined the firm in February. With more than 30 years of experience as a tax consultant, Garrett will continue to cultivate the firm’s tax services practice, which provides income and estate tax services for individuals and families, as well as private businesses.
Rzeppa is chief administrative officer. She joined the firm in February 2002 after working as controller of a privately owned electronics surveillance company. Rzeppa will continue to oversee the finances, compliance and practice management functions as a managing partner.
Westra joined Miller/Russell in October 2006 after spending several years as director of finance for eFunds and Avnet. Westra’s primary responsibilities will continue to focus on providing investment advisory and consulting services to corporations, non-profits, foundations and individuals.
